Duration: Up to 4-7 Minutes

Audience: All national and international communities

COMPETITION   RULES

1. No Documentaries.
2. Executional Framework
3. Dramatized
4. Slice of Life
5. Fiction
6. Animation
7. Jingle board
8. Duration: The films shall not be more than 7minutes including credits
9. Language: The short videos can be in Urdu only however; subtitles must be in English.
10. Script: Must be a scripted film.
11. Originality: Only original films would be accepted for the competition.
12. Format: The films may be submitted in HD quality QuickTime H.264 or MPEG4 format. Other acceptable formats are. MWV, MOV, M4V or AVI formats. Recommended aspect ratio is 16:9.
13. Submissions: Videos can be submitted in DV / HDV or digitally via a recommended file sharing service.
14. Copyright: The film must not contain any copyrighted or other work(s) belonging to third parties, unless entrants have a license to use such works in the film. Entrants will retain licenses and provide them to the organizers upon request.
15. Screening / Sharing Rights: NACTA would have the non-commercial screening rights of all the entries to the competition. International entries are welcome.
