The P/CVE Wing of the National Counter Terrorism Authority (NACTA) convened a pivotal meeting today, aiming to gather insights from diverse Practitioners and Academics regarding the pervasive issue of Radicalization in Pakistan.

    The meeting participants who have been directly engaged in Deradicalization programs, sharing their invaluable insights about the successful strategies of Deradicalizing and Rehabilitating individuals. Practitioners further enriched the dialogue by highlighting their grassroots experiences. Complementing the Practitioners, respected Academics provided critical analyses on on-campus radicalization and also enlightened us about the underlying drivers of radicalization in different regions of Pakistan.

    This meeting underscores NACTA’s dedication towards bringing civil society and state entities on one page to combat radicalization with a holistic and inclusive approach.
