NACTA convened a meeting of Committee of Experts

NACTA convened a meeting of Committee of Experts on 27th June 2024 at NACTA, HQ Islamabad to discuss promotion of national narrative and countering extremist ideologies. Experts from academia, practitioners, media and CSOs participated in discussion.
Experts focused on use of AI for narrative building. They emphasized addressing silent majority especially out of school youth who are vulnerable to extremist ideologies. They further highlighted the need of continuous dialogues and focus group discussions to build meta and sub narratives.
In the end National Coordinator, NACTA thanked all the participants and ensured to synthesize their input and derive lessons from it.
