On 29th January 2025 the Interim Chairperson of National Commission on the Status of Women Ms Umme Laila visited NACTA. A fruitful meeting was held between DG (PVE) and the Chairperson, whereby the prospective collaborations under the NPVE Policy 2024 were discussed. Both officials agreed that the role of women was significant in prevention of violent extremism in the society as enshrined in the NPVE Policy 2024 and commited to enhance the ongoing collaboration between the two organizations.
