The NACTA (National Counter Terrorism Authority) held its Monthly CT Intelligence Conference today. Members of Police forces, Law Enforcement Agencies & Intelligence Agencies attended the meeting.
1- Security situation was reviewed.
2- Latest threat assessment was made.
3- Actionable intelligence was shared among stakeholders.
4- Post Proscription actions were discussed which will be taken against newly Proscribed Organisations including HGB Group & Majeed Brigade.
5- IBOs (Intelligence Based Operations) will be conducted against terrorist organisations on the basis of intelligence shared among stakeholders.
6- It was reiterated that terrorism will be rooted out from Pakistani society with a concerted effort of ALL LEAs.
7- Pakistan will be made a fully secure & peaceful country.
