Sealed tenders are invited from well reputed contractors/suppliers/ dealers/ firms/ companies GST/NTN registered which are on Active Taxpayers list of the Federal Board of Revenue (FBR) on the basis of single stage (two envelope) procedure under PPRA Rules for supply of Computers, Network Switches, Machinery & Equipment and Furniture etc. for National Counter Terrorism Authority, Islamabad as per detail given in bidding documents on delivery at purchaser’s site basis.
- The detailed tender documents containing scope of work and all relevant TORs can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day during office hours by submitting an application with a copy of Sales Tax Registration Certificate and NTN certificate along with a Pay Order of Rs. 1,000/- (non-refundable) in favour of DDO NACTA, Islamabad. Last date for obtaining tender documents is 24-01-2024 before closing hours.
- “Single Stage Two Envelopes Procedure” will be followed. Firms should mark both the sealed envelopes separately with the words “Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal” in a single package.
- Bid must reach the office of the undersigned before 1100 hours on or before 25-01-2024. The technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 1145 hours, while financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened later on.
- Earnest money in form of Demand Draft @ 5% of the total amount of tender in favour of DDO NACTA, Islamabad must accompany the offer, without which no tender will be accepted.
- No tender documents will be issued through Dak or email.
