TENDER FOR PROCUREMENT OF COMPUTERS, LAPTOPS, MACHINERY & EQUIPMENT AND OFFICE FURNITURE & FIXTURES

1. Sealed bids are invited from experienced, well reputed and authorized dealers/firms/individuals for “Procurement of computers, laptops machinery & equipment and office furniture & fixtures for NACTA, Islamabad”.
2. The detailed tender documents containing scope of work, BoQs and all relevant TORs can be obtained from the office of the undersigned on any working day during office hours by submitting an application with a copy of Sales Tax Registration Certificate and NTN certificate along with a Pay Order of Rs. 1,000/– (non-refundable) in favour of DDO NACTA, Islamabad. Last date for obtaining above documents is 19-06-2023 before closing hours (3:30 p.m.).
3.  “Single Stage Two Envelopes Procedure” will be followed. Firms should mark both the sealed envelopes separately with the words “Technical Proposal” and “Financial Proposal”, in a single package.
4. Bid must reach the office of the undersigned before 1100 hours on or before June 20, 2023. The technical proposals will be opened on the same day at 1130 hours, while financial bids of technically qualified firms will be opened later on.
5. Earnest money in form of Demand Draft @ 5% of the total amount of tender in favour of NACTA, Islamabad must accompany the offer, without which no tender will be accepted.
6. No tender documents will be issued through Dak or email
