The ground breaking ceremony for restructuring of NACTA purpose-made HQrs Building was held on Friday the 7th July, 2017. An old building of a Government Institute has been allocated to NACTA by the Federal Government for rehabilitating and restructuring it as NACTA HQrs.
All officers of the NACTA participated in this ceremony. Mr. Ihsan Ghani, National Coordinator NACTA, performed the ground breaking ceremony of NACTA HQrs building. However, he bestowed the honor of unveiling the inauguration plate, to the junior most official of NACTA present on the occasion, Mr. Fawad Hussain, Driver.
The estimated time for renovation of the building is six months. It is expected that on completion, the building shall provide enough space to house all Wings (except Joint Intelligence Directorate) of NACTA. The opening of the headquarter building shall be a big milestone towards operational activation of NACTA at a full swing.
Currently, NACTA is housed partly in National Police Bureau (NPB) and partly in NTC HQrs building, which were acquired on rent basis in May, 2016, due to inadequacy of space in NBP building.
